We are looking for a digital marketing specialist with holistic view of the digital landscape & a deep understanding of the sales funnel and customer journey. We are looking to onboard a professional who can maintain high standards of excellence and attention to detail, who is relentless in pursuit of growth. Your ultimate goal will be to fuel and accelerate the growth of the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • ?Running advertisements across platforms with achieving a very high performing ROAS. • Responsible for revenue, P&L for the company's eCommerce website & marketplaces such as Amazon & Flipkart
  • Track website progress on Google analytics, Meta, Amazon Media Services and implement changes as per insights
  • Strategize online campaigns with a focus on ROI & ROAS
  • Arrange website & marketplace audits every fortnight & arrange steps to resolve findings
  • Provide a Monthly report analyzing the performance of online sales channels • Balance the brand image and avoid resorting to deep discounting.
  • Report to the Business Head & CMO along with the CEO and collaborate campaigns on the social media that leads to conversions
  • Presenting competitive analysis and market research to translate ideas into actionable items that deliver business results.
  • Identify industry trends, analyze, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Define & drive KPIs, metrics & propose monthly/ quarterly budgets for each social media platform
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Profile Expectations:

  • ?Proven Experience of more than 3 years in a Digital/ Performance Marketing Agency/ Domain or from a successful E- Commerce business
  • Bachlors' Degree
  • Ability to work in a Fast-paced start-up & abiding by Company Cultures, Goals & Values
  • Possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • Candidate should be a strong networker & relationship builder, with good and tactful negotiation skills & interpersonal skills.
  • Well versed with MS - Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
