Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CRM Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer-centric strategies to enhance customer retention and drive sales growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to create personalized experiences for our customers at every stage of their journey.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy that includes acquisition, retention, and reactivation tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in CRM marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and revenue growth
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.
